Jennifer Martin is originally a classical musician who later defected to acoustic rhythm guitar. Educated as a symphonic oboist at the University of North Texas, she went West in the mid 90s as her musical destiny became manifest. She taught a Beatles performance class at the Jazzschool of Berkeley and workshops at the Nelson School of Music in New Zealand. She has played bass and guitar in Brazilian and blues-rock bands and has devoted most of her artistic discipline to the music of Motown and the Beatles.
Jennifer is also the nerve center of RhythmStrummer.com. She has worked tirelessly for more than a year to bring her vision to the world and to prove that anyone who tries hard enough can learn to sing and play great songs. She LOVES the fact that, through modern technology, thousands of people can share music together.
